In the past, my shoes and bag were all over the room in a different corner, thanks to the spirit of letting go un-used things and keeping a small circle of shoes and bag that are easy to fit in with everyday activities.
Step 1: TOSS IT OUT
If you have any item that you haven’t used for the last 6 months to 1 year just hanging around in your wardrobe, the chances of you using it is slim. I remember I use to have up to 50 pairs of shoes, sometime in 2016 I sold many on eBay and send the rest to charity.
Quick tip, sell the thing you don’t need on eBay and another selling outlet out there. Don’t let your item catch dust and take your space for nothing, instead, think of something positive. It can be hard to let go but with time you will get around it.
Step 2: REVIEW IT
Every season I do a quick wardrobe review, I know beforehand which extra boots I will be getting before winter, same as summertime I review what i will be buying if it’s worth it or not. I do a to get list calendar on my phone.
At the same time, not everything is worth buying.
Quick Tip, decide what you will be reusing again and be adding.
STEP 3: GET A RID OF THE BOXES AND CONSIDER A SHOE AND BAG RACK
Seriously I don’t have space to stack up a shoe box and bag box for long, however, there are some empty boxes that I keep only a few. Laying out shoes and bag are good because you can always wipe them down, having a visible organised wardrobe is a good practice to keep organising a small shoe and bag closet.
Quick Tip, you can find some small shoes rack at a reasonable price online.
